Monthly Meditation and Breathwork

This event is free.

This 30min. meditation class for trans men focuses on different techniques like breath, silent and/or guided meditations to balance anxieties, fears, and stress that may have been building up. We will work on cultivating and nourishing a state of physical relaxation and turn our mental landscape into a place of internal peace. 

This is a great way to gently deepen your practice of self-care and inner awareness as you integrate a conscious mind/body/soul connection.

*No prior meditation or breath work experience necessary. 

*If possible, refrain from eating a heavy meal right before class.
