Boundaries Workshop (4-Part Series)

This 4‑part workshop series supports men of trans experience in understanding what healthy boundaries are, how to build them internally, and how to navigate them in relationships of all kinds. Together, we’ll explore self‑trust, family dynamics, communication tools, and the follow‑through that makes boundaries real and effective. You do not need to be in a romantic relationship to benefit; the skills taught here apply to every area of life and every form of connection.

4-Part series: Intention to attend all sessions is necessary for participation

  • Session 1: Sections 1 & 2 (Foundations + Boundaries With Self) – 90 minutes

  • Session 2: Section 3 (Boundaries With Others) – 90 minutes

  • Session 3: Section 4 (Follow‑Through)  – 90 minutes

  • Session 4: Section 5 (Coaching and Q&A) –90 minutes

Each session builds on the last, so the workshop is most impactful when attended as a full series. Participants are encouraged to commit to all four sessions to honor the structure of the work and support the integrity of the group experience.

This workshop requires presence, self‑inquiry, and participation. It’s absolutely okay to listen quietly during sessions, but the real transformation comes from engaging with the prompts and doing the work between sessions. Growth takes intention; the time you spend reflecting and practicing the skills after each session is what will create lasting change.

Guys should come prepared with a notebook and pen.

Hosted by Reid Allen (he/him) is a certified life coach and the founder of Transition Together Coaching, where he works with trans people and their loved ones to navigate transition, relationships, and personal development. Reid’s coaching emphasizes self‑empowerment through self‑responsibility, guiding clients to take ownership of their choices, boundaries, and well-being. His style is warm, straightforward, and deeply human. He’s passionate about supporting people in doing the hard, meaningful work that leads to lasting transformation and a stronger sense of self.
