Allies In Love: Support for Partners of Trans Men

Allies in Love

This event is free [time listed in PST]

This is a monthly peer support group for cis people who are partners with trans men.

In a time when many political leaders have made it clear that, at best, they are willing to sacrifice the safety and well-being of the trans community for political gain—and, at worst, are actively working to strip away the already-limited rights of trans people—this moment is especially frightening, stressful, isolating, and traumatizing for trans men and their partners. As cisgender partners, we have a unique responsibility to offer unwavering support during these challenging times, while being careful not to place the burden of our emotional processes on our loved ones.

This group is a dedicated space for cisgender partners of trans men to come together, process their emotions, share experiences, offer support, and explore ways to best care for and advocate for the well-being of our trans partners, while still talking care of ourselves.

Hosted by Tricia Kayiatos-Smith
